Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 2026 • SaaS Data Architecture & Protection Standards
At Aigentro Corporation (“Aigentro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we prioritize rigorous data security, tenant isolation, and privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information across our cloud SaaS applications, mobile tools, and website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect limited categories of information necessary to deliver standardized cloud SaaS services:
- Subscriber Account Information: Name, business email address, company or business name, phone number, and encrypted authentication credentials when registering an account.
- Billing Identifiers: Payment processor reference tokens and invoice records. We never store raw credit card numbers or banking secrets directly on our servers; all payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
- Telemetry & Usage Diagnostics: System logs, API latency metrics, browser user-agent strings, IP addresses, error logs, and session activity collected automatically to guarantee platform reliability and prevent cyberattacks.
- Tenant Customer Data: Business data entered by users into our platforms (such as textile roll quantities in WeavePoint, member attendance in IronCore POS, growth records in Childfitter, freight waybills in FreightPK, and invoice totals in BillShare).
2. Tenant Data Ownership & Customer Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all data you input into our SaaS applications. Aigentro Corporation does not own, claim title to, sell, or commercialize your business or personal records.
Your Mandatory Compliance Obligations:
Because Aigentro Corporation provides platform software only, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents, parental authorizations, or regulatory clearances required by law before inputting personal data (including minor children’s details in Childfitter, gym member profiles in IronCore POS, driver personal records in FreightPK, or retail customer contact numbers in WeavePoint).
Aigentro Corporation disclaims any liability for a Tenant’s failure to comply with privacy regulations, biometric laws, or unauthorized recording of third-party personal data.
3. Enterprise Data Security Architecture
We deploy defense-in-depth technical measures to safeguard the multi-tenant SaaS environment:
- Cryptographic Encryption: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest across all database partitions.
- Logical Tenant Isolation: Strict database row-level security and tenant separation ensuring that no customer can query or view another customer’s datasets.
- Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC): Granular internal user permissions preventing unauthorized administrative access to tenant production databases.
- Automated Backups: Point-in-time disaster recovery snapshots with multi-region replication.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors & Infrastructure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We engage vetted cloud infrastructure providers (sub-processors) solely to operate the platform:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: Tier-4 certified cloud hosting providers (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Transactional Communications: Transactional email and SMS gateways for sending authentication verification codes and receipts.
- Payment Gateways: PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors for secure subscription processing.
5. Zero Liability for User Misuse or Third-Party Interceptions
While Aigentro Corporation enforces industry-standard technical security, no cloud transmission or storage system is immune to compromise. Aigentro Corporation bears zero liability for:
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised tenant passwords, shared API tokens, or insecure local devices;
- Phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent acts committed against your organization;
- Intentional or negligent data leakage by your authorized personnel or contractors;
- Malicious data, spyware, or illegal files ingested into the platform by your users.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain Customer Data for as long as your SaaS subscription account remains active. Upon voluntary termination of your account or subscription expiration:
- You may request an export of your transactional data within thirty (30) days of cancellation.
- Following this retention window, tenant database records are queued for irreversible permanent purge from production databases.
- System access logs and anonymized financial transaction identifiers may be retained for statutory tax compliance and fraud prevention.
7. International Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may hold rights to request access, correction, data portability, or erasure of personal information. Because Aigentro Corporation is a SaaS Data Processor for business applications, individual consumers whose data is maintained by our business subscribers must submit their data requests directly to the respective Tenant (the Data Controller).
